Made these today, and another thank you MF.  I had to fiddle with the ingredients a bit as trying to use what I have got.
I cooked a little patties to taste for balance of spices.  Very good.   Thanks again.

I always do that too Chookie as it all depends on the freshness of the spices. Sometimes they can be less or more spicy. The batch I made were fine for my taste but some may prefer less pepper.

OMG!!! Square Sausages is the ONLY thing Hubby missed from home!! Thank you, I'm going to make this and surprise him this weekend. :-)
