Marina, that sounds lovely.   It certainly was a beautiful night to be out.
Ral had ordered a book from Readings , the one your DH is reading. So we decided to join the crowd in Lygon St and have dinner. It was like eating out in one the large Italian cities. We sat outside and it was warm. Very festive and very Italian.

Both your evenings sound wonderful.

Work today.
As we have heard nothing about our caravan and nothing is current on the online update, DH decided to ring our insurance company and they have written it off  :o
We can salvage it but it wouldn't be able to insure it for hail damage again. If it was dirt cheap we might salvage it - would probably have trouble selling it down the track.
Not sure what we will do - waiting for an assesser to contact us.

Nice of them to let you know Michele.  I hope you have a full replacement policy.

Oh Mich, that is rotten news.

I went to the podiatrist this morning and got booze busted on the way-at 8.45am. Had a sleep this afternoon and then made disastrous tomato paste. See oops post.

My friend and her husband are visiting this afternoon.  He is going to try and sort out my computer as it's doing strange things since the last update from microsoft :-)) :-))
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Yes Chookie, booze tested.  They would be pushed to bust me now a days as I rarely drink.

We have been given tickets to a concert tonight ... four hours of Wagner!  Not really sure that I am looking forward to it and can't imagine I will be able to last four hours after a full day at work!  We'll see.

Marina, that will be quite a challenge.
More time in the garden today while it is cool.

I was saved ... the Wagner was cancelled - apparently the singer was unwell.
