Never throw those prawn heads and tails out. Make a stock and freeze or make a really concentrated stock and freeze in cubes. It is great for colour as well.

i have made a slight variation to this recipe .....

Ingredients:
40 grams Flour
350grams prawns already cooked ....
375 g of Campbell's real fish stock
425 grams of water
1 onion
2 tomatoes
6 fully sun-dried tomato pieces in oil marinade
small bunch of fresh garlic chives
20 grams olive oil

Salt
1/4 teaspoon extra hot cayenne pepper
50 grams cream

Preparation:
Place the flour in a nonstick pan, toast lightly browned.

Peel the shrimp. my first step was
place prawns in  *: mixed for about 10 sec on speed 4 then set aside  ..... i need finer chunks atm

Now, in the TMX: shrimp shells and heads / Water/fish stock - 8 min - Level 2 - 100 º.
Thereafter, the contents through the TMX shifter (hope you say it this way - lol - I mean the Little basket with holes from the TMX - lol - its getting worst )
Put shrimpwater aside and discard shells.

Now in Clean TMX:

Onion / Tomato/ chives/ sun dried tomatoes - 8 sec - Level 5
Olive Oil - 10min - 100 º - level 2

Now the toasted flour - 3 min - 100 º - Level 2

Shrimpwater / salt / Cayenne pepper / to and 20 min - 100 º - Level 1

After this time, add 50ml of thickened cream  mix 1 minute at level 7!

add prawn meat to soup, mix now -  2 min - 100 º -  .

tastes soooooooo yummy ...... thanks Isimania
