ozzy-dj has a banana bread here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2962.0 - no reviews

and Trudy has a banana cake here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=871.msg4447#msg4447 - 2 good reviews.

This recipe I found somewhere on the forum:

Half cup brown sugar, and one a half cups SR flour 2 large bananas, half cup butter, 1 egg, quarter ts bicarb

Mix bananas for 10secs (I would use 3 bananas) add everything speed 6 30 - 40 seconds.

Bake 180 degrees for 1 hour (I only baked for 30-35 minutes)
