Fingers crossed it comes out of the tin Cookie. You could always patch and repair with icing or have it as individual serves with custard. Let us know how it goes.

I love it Marina. DH always calls them gaskets Judy and it has sort of stuck. He was a real sweetie, he got the cake out for me and I think he did a great job, I would have made a huge mess.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I frequently have them that way. If I want large chunks I use a knife now. I'm sure there is a way but I can never remember it. ;D
