.... And while  we're  on the subject of "00ps!!"... Making some chilli con carne this afternoon- and after a glass of... Put  in double the amount of chilli powder!!! Big sigh!!! Tasted it... And in the words of "faulty towers" -  it'll "blow your %^#%} head off!"....... Now what??  Lol

Serve the chilli on crn chips with avacado & sour cream, it will be fine

I was surprised too, Marie . This is the second pan to go like this.  The first was several months ago and one I'd had since the 70s..... Really can't believe it's happened again..... Can't believe there's any way cast iron could break like that given it only fell about 3 feet onto a wooden floor...

My DH made Fig Bars (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4355) today and mistook cardamom pods in the cupboard for the pepitas. The flavour is good but the one piece I have had so far had three full pods in, so the experience of eating them wasn't great. He is really disappointed as he did twice the amount and used all the fresh figs we were given. One cranky DH.

DW was icing a fruit cake for Easter.  I was given the task of mixing some green food colouring into the left over plastic icing for a cutout she was putting on the top of the cake. Well evidently I used too much. 

I just poured a little on the left over icing and started to knead it in.  She happened to look over and see food colouring oozing out of the icings and took it off me. She poured off what she could and then blotted it with a paper towel.

I was going for grass colour not pastel.
