Very big Oops. I bought eggs to make lots of eggs in Porcini .  The bought eggs havehardershells and therefor need longer cooking. Will adjust recipe.

Egg, lettuce and mayo sandwiches (I just had one for lunch) or in a potato salad perhaps. Tell those girls of yours to keep laying Chookie, nothing like home grown eggs is there?

I've just finished kneading some rye bread. It has 25g of natural yoghurt in it. After I set the thermomix kneading I licked the spoon that I had used. I didn't buy plain natural yoghurt. If you look carefully at the lid it has a little bee in it, I bought yoghurt with honey!!
