CC, I am always fascinated by the amount of Indian style food you cook. Haven’t been cooking while away but have a couple of dishes to recreate when home. First is a Sticky Quince Pudding. This was delicious served with Icecream. The second was a Buckwheat pancake filled with pumpkin and ricotta. Other interesting foody things were Sorrel .ice cream and a fish dish served in a thin soup with tiny veggies from the garden. We were seated by the open kitchen. The most popular item was the chips cooked in Duck fat.
