I made some Chokky Rock biscuits. They are an old favourite. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17056.msg411036#msg411036

I also made some Macadamia Butter as I had never tasted it. I love it....a bit too much.

CC, I am always fascinated by the amount of Indian style food you cook.
Haven’t been cooking while away but have a couple of dishes to recreate when home.  First is a Sticky Quince Pudding. This was delicious served with Icecream.  The second was a Buckwheat pancake filled with pumpkin and ricotta. Other interesting foody  things were Sorrel .ice cream  and a fish dish served in a thin soup with tiny veggies from the garden. We were seated by the open kitchen.  The most popular item was the chips cooked in Duck fat.

We had lots of tiny veggies from the Hotel kitchen garden.
Brussel sprouts, broccoli, carrots, pumpkin and watercress.

Cookie, it is very nice.  The staff spoil us rotten.  Nothing is too much trouble.  As I can’t eat onion, garlic and leek,  they went through the menu and either adjusted a dish or pointed to those that I could have.

I have to replenish the fruit and veggies today .  Might have a go at the Buckwheat Crepes filled with pumpkin and ricotta.
