After countless requests, I gathered the courage to make Kuala Lumpur's famous Soong Kee noodles along with bouncy beef balls for the boys' wonderful daddy. A Father's Day treat.

No recipes to rely on. Flying blind ;D

DH requested hamburgers again for dinner last night so I thawed the patties then we went out instead, so we are having them tonight (I have the buns rising now too!  ;D )

We are having slowcooked lamb chops in gravy with roasted potato & kumara, zucchini muffins and steamed corn, beans & carrots.
