Mum and SD went out for dinner last night, so I made myself some Dutch curry and rice soup. It was delicious, exactly how I remember it :D

Tonight we're all going out for dinner for DB's birthday. He's picked an Italian restaurant :)

Kimmy, happy birthday to your DS for yesterday :D

Roast pork with all the veges.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Have astarra's slow cooked lamb chops on - serving it with mashed potato, zucchini slice and brussel sprouts.  :D

I used forequarter chops as they were on special and cut as much fat off as I could. They weren't overly fatty though.

Pity I didn't plate it up a bit nicer but it was mouth watering and DH had a huge plateful and went back for seconds.  :D

Looks delicious mich.
Made EDC beef rendang using brazen's tweaks. Have never tried rendang so can't compare, but really enjoyed the flavours. No photo as not a pretty dish!
