Endeavour prawns, salad, salt and pepper calamari and avocado on Katie's chilli and cheese bread. So yum!

Last night it was chicken schnitzel, roast potato, roast brussel sprouts (Judy's recipe), carrots and broccoli. Nigella's lemon pudding for dessert.

DH is making pizzas tonight. The bases and chorizo are from the freezer. An easy dinner after a busy and productive weekend.
