I am liking the idea of sour cream mixed with yoghurt, never thought if that before :o :o

Sour cream , yogurt and some good mayo  is a nice mix for potato salad too.

Yes it is. I do a Karen martini potato salad with those 3 ingredients plus some mustard. Very tasty.

Nice macaroni INAID  :D

I did a pasta bake too - chicken meatballs and pasta - made the pasta sauce with the glut of tomatoes from the garden.

astarra I make that one at least once a week we love it :D after its cooked I put it in the thermoserver and then do the chinese stir fry veg and some spring rolls.

i didn't have oyster sauce so used sweet chilli in its place, steamed broccoli and carrots at the same time. All enjoyed.  ;D
