A truly divine combination.

I often do a versoion of this without the cream - I use a tablespoon of coconut oil.  I also add some lemon zest and use a bit of honey or agave in the mix and a splodge of vanilla.

If there are no lemons around I substitute with limes (which a friend almost always has on her tree).

To make a 'cheesecake' with it.  I make a base with ground nuts (generally macadamias), and a couple of dates.  I then press this into small containers and fill with the avocado topping.  Spanner snorts when he hears me refer to this as 'cheesecake' but it is so sustaining to keep a supply in the freezer when I need a 'little something sweet'.
