Thanks Marina, I used Almond milk and Lactose free grated Bega Cheese. I’ve found this cheese the best texture and flavour.
Tonight I’m having chicken thighs, cooked in SC with home made Apricot chutney and soy sauce and touch of curry. Mango fluff.

Hot today so roast chicken in BBQ. Roast pumpkin and potatoes. I microwave them first and then brown them with the chicken in BBQ.

We’ e been trying to eat minimalist foods to keep cool. Last night was chicken schnitzel in burgers.

Something from the freezer - it maybe quiche but I'm not sure as it's label fell off,  with salad.

The mystery meal turned out to be Sweet potato & caramalized quiche.  Very nice.

Tonight the men are having sausages and salad.  A smoothie for me.

I attempted okinomiyaki tonight. (Not sure how to spell it). It was very nice.
