Must be slow cooker day  ;D

I made "Asian spiced roast chicken" from Sally Wise's book, rice in the TM.  The family really enjoyed this one.  :D

That looks nice JulieO. DH had pork chops and salad, DD and I were still full from our lunch out so just had salad.

Thanks Cookie.  :D

Tonight I'm making a roast pumpkin soup where I'll roast the pumpkin etc in my turbo oven first then cook in a casserole pot in the same oven before blitzing (in TM).  Not done one this way before so I'll see how it goes.  ;D

The chicken looks good JulieO

We went to Hellenic Republic for dinner tonight. The food and service was great and I ate way too much. DS and DD didn't eat much so I've got the leftovers for lunch today  ;D

Just put Mcmich's Satay Chicken in the Slow Cooker.
I added peanut butter (Home made).
Can't wait to try this.

I love the Cypriot salad Julie, I also think his tatziki recipe is the best. I really like the informal atmosphere of the Brunswick restaurant and the service s always great.

Last night - leftover pork roast in gravy with roast potatoes and kumara (from the freezer) and zucchini muffins (from the freezer too) with steamed veg (from the garden.)
All very last minute chucked together.  :)

Tonight - SC lamb chops in gravy with mash and veg -  :D
