It's a Masterfoods recipe - about 10 years old. This is it.

I add the Moroccan seasoning to panko crumbs.

We have a pumpkin glut at present so roast pumpkin soup, pumpkin and cumin bread followed by pumpkin gingerbread.

I love oumpkin too but unfortunately I'm the only one in the family who does.
Michele, that salad looks nice.
I'm impressed with DH as he visited the hardware store todY and has replaced the leaking hot water hose under the sink and I don't need to call the plumber ;D
We had Chicken basil strirfry tonight with thermie garlic rice :)
I have made macadamia icecream, but it's not ready to eat yet  >:( mind you, I may need to sneak a little taste soon ;D

Pulled pork in the slow-cooker, coleslaw and smashed potatoes from QFEO. 

Never made pulled pork before, so fingers crossed it turns out OK.  Am using a modification of a Not Quite Nigella recipe recommended by Wonder.

I make pulled pork using that recipe in my pressure cooker Karen, it always turns out great.  It's my DH's favourite meal.
