Beautful tasting Beef & veg soup. Just using up bits before the Big Weekend.

Used home made beef stock, approx 650g gravy beef, onions, potatoes, carrots & brown mushrooms. Added stock, potatoes, beef & onions 20 mins high pressure, then carrots & mushrooms, 5 mins perfect in PC. It amazes me how tender the beef is. Will serve with fresh chopped herbs from the garden.

That's the thing I love about chicken is there is so many choices. Tonight we having chicken strips, chips and salad. I can whip them up in no time and in the oven ;D

Fish baked with veggies tonight, with no fuss rolls. Suddenly feels like spring here which gave me a craving for fish, dunno why...

Lamb chops slow cooked tonight with roast spuds and kumara, steamed broc and corn cobbettes, onion tarts and gravy here tonight.  :)

Pork schnitzel with sourdough breadcrumbs made in TMX, potato bake and steamed vegies, hopefully DH doesn't overcook them.
