Kent.  that's the idea.  Glad you like them.  You can also make this recipe into a loaf or 2 bread sticks. have fun.

Made these tonight and they were absolutely beautiful. I made 16 dinner roll size rolls to have with our soup.  All gone already. 10/10 :D

This is my favorite bread recipe so far. I've had success every time. Just love it. I actually made a loaf with half whole meal flour and it was beautiful. Thanks again for this fantastic recipe.

Dede, look great, perfect with soup.  Have you tried cutting them with a scone cutter?

Brumington,  yes , very easy,  not much to remember and easily adapted.  I make up a mix of seeds that I keep and sprinkle on top.Glad you like the recipe.

What a great recipe!

Today I made a pull apart with chilli onion spread & sprinkled with cheese.
I ate it with my Broccoli & cheese soup & it was yummy on such a miserable day.

I also made jam drops & then some nut spread.
I never thought I would love my Thermie this much!

BB,  I'll see what I can do.  I have tried to keep this recipe simple ,  so as not to put off the new bread makers.

I understand what you're saying, but it's such great info lost in the depths of the 33pges of this thread!

BB, I have added some notes to the original recipe,  and although there is a lot of info.  Posted by many Forum it is often worthwhile reading through what others have written.
