Title: Baked Artichoke dip review from the Gluten Free cookbook

Made this today and it was delicious but makes a lot! I used 1/2 provolone cheese as I didn't have enough Parmesan, and 1/2 marinated 1/2 in brine artichoke as that is all I had.
