I've ordered a TMX 7. Hope It goes ok.
I can guarantee it will be more than just ok.

Mich, you will love it. So many little things that are improved on it. One of my favourites is not having to wait after using turbo.

That's sounding really positive Cookie and Chookie. I won't get mine until september. I will keep my 6 for while until other accessories are available for the 7 which I'm told won't be until 2026. I've been really getting into bread making and have had some great success.

mcmich I cooked with a friend yesterday, with the 7. Together we discovered lots of new processes. Have you tried the Soft Chinese Buns? They are on Cookidoo. If you haven’t got this, you can probably find it on line.

I’ve been watching videos by Collette Mitegra. She is a consultant in Queensland. Her site is Thermiekitchen. She does some interesting ones. https://thermiekitchen.com/

Thanks Cookie for sharing.
Our consultant showed my friend how to put ingredients from a recipe on to phone shopping list .
Yesterday I cooked 4 large chicken legs in 7. To make stock. Again it kept pushing the lid off. Problem solved by setting 7 to lid off program but placing lid back on. I set the machine at 1 hour, 100 degrees, gentle reverse. The lid off temperature has to be set at 100 or less.

You’re very clever to be able to outsmart the TMX Chookie.
