No because I added them to the oven whilst the frittata was cooking Michele.  Once I removed the frittata I just turned the temperature up to crisp the potato skins.  If I just wanted to just do the skins as an accompaniment for a meal, I would use the a/f though.

Thanks Judy - makes sense. I really want to love my airfryer but it's not happening. I'm going to make dessert in it tomorrow night and if that takes the same amount of time as my toaster oven then it's on its way to one of kid's homes. I've used it a bit too much to send it back now.

I rarely make lunch unless we are having visitors. However I did today as there were the 3 of us to eat it. I did the Vegie soup from the TM5 chip and Maddy's Cheese and Bacon rolls.

Today DH has gone to the Crows game, so I snuck out at had Maccas for lunch. Don't tell him.
I enjoyed every disgusting mouthful of it!

I can understand  that Katie. On Saturday night DD said she would take us out to dinner and we didn't have to dress up. We could even select what we wanted. We ended up at the local Maccas. They had the new thing where you can order whatever you like on your burger. I had a brioche roll, with Beetroot, tomato, guacamole, Swiss cheese, lettuce, aioli, and I can't remember what else. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was delivered to us on a plank. All very posh for Maccas.
