Grace wont reduced the price of a TMX, as she is the only one distributor in Australia.

Otherwise you would buy one from overseas, and get it shipped here.

more competition  the better for consumers.. :)

Have you sent your email to the global marketing manager Kai.Schaeffner@vorwerk.ch asking for another distributor?

I totally agree bellesy, surely a price reduction would result in a monopoly of the market for TMX. Nobody denies the quality of a TMX , it's the high price tag that puts people off and sends them to other copies.

Saw the SILs HMP last weekend..... sitting in her cupboard looking sad.  :(
Was interesting to compare - but only visually as she wasn't using it.
I loved the suction part, an excellent idea I reckon...otherwise (to put it in DHs words) "a cheap but blatent copy."
I'm still glad I have my TM...won't be trading it in on a HMP - tho I would love to try it out just cuz!  ;)

Actually Astarra it is nothing like the THERMOTHINGY and certainly not a copy. It has been around Europe and in Chef's kitchens for  a few years.  Yeah we all want to try it out for sure.

No, the Bellini is about $400 the HMP   Gastro is $2400 the basic HMP is $1900 so not cheap.

The next model HMP is not available in Australia yet.

Doesn't sound like advertising to me.   Would love to hear. Would love make in the creative.  Can you make and freeze ice cream in it?

We have not heard from Merrlyn in a while. I wonder how she is getting on with her HMP?

I would be interested to see what the creative does.
Stewart, I'm still interested in the HMP, would love to see it in action a bit longer than we had at the food and wine fair.

Hi all,

We have decided for fellow member "HotmixPRO" to be discontinued. The member in question was using this forum as a way to push the HMP machine. He/She has been warned before. This forum was created for Thermomix purposes, and we feel that we cannot allow for competitor products to be "promoted" here. I have suggested for the concerned member to start a HMP forum.

New rules concerning this issue will be posted this week. They have already been drafted :-)

I do hope that you understand this decision. If you need links to HMP website to find out more info, then please PM myself or our wonderful moderators.

For those few members that do own the HMP machine, do not worry. As long as you are not trying to SELL the machine, then you'll be fine.

Finally, of course you can continue to discuss openly about other products. This is a liberal forum. One thing for sure, Thermomix beats them ALL :-)

Happy Mixing

Thanks for making that clear MM. As you all know we do have a couple of members who own the HMP but they do not try to sell them and are wonderful contributory members of the forum who we love to hear from.
