I sometimes get sick of being good too Chookie. I have a mini break out and then I'm fine until the next time. My diabetes lady said she thought that was pretty normal (she's nicer than the last one!!) and the important thing is going back to being good.

We are having a cookidoo dish that I plan to muck around with as I don't like cooking chicken in the thermomix.

We are having fresh whiting tonight with minted potatoes and greens.

We had pot luck from the freezer. It turned out to be lasagne, spaghetti bolognaise and some cauliflower cheese.

BBQ beef patties with salads.  I found 1/2 a small steamed pudding in the freezer so we will have some of that for dessert with icecream.

That reminds me Mab.  I’m making individual Xmas puds this year. Not everyone likes pudding but many of my friends do. The recipe on my Blog and also posted here is very popular with some family and friends.
I have to say that the lamb cutlets from Cosco were very good quality. Instead of dipping them in egg, I made a mixture of Mayo and plum vinegar, then Panko crumbs . Next time I will add a little mustard.
Tonight fish.

Their meat is great Chookie, have you tried the mince - everyone says it’s the best, I used to buy it regularly and share with my DD.
