K Atie, your risotto sounds very nice.

Very little tonight as we are all full from lunch.

Beef curry with cashews and rice. I didn’t have enough natural yoghurt to make Naan. ☹️☹️

Last night I made some SD potato cakes to go with grilled chops and tomato. Found 1 serve of Xmas pudding in freezer clean out. We shared this.
Tonight, smoked trout pasta . The trout was a gift.

Enjoy the trout Chookie.
I picked up a half chicken at the shops last week. We will have that and some vegetables in some form or other. DD has professional development after work tonight although it may not go ahead as her hospital has lost all IT and phones. They say they are working on it. Apparently she and her peers are running between wards and the basement, dispensing things and running them back. They will all sleep tonight.

Spinach & Ricotta parcels with mashed potato, a mix of green beans, carrots & mushrooms with lemon & parsley.  Mango fluff for dessert if it sets.
