Terrible story. What a shame. Would the breeder look after her and give her love - or just use her to make money?

Was even worse as DH didn't even know she fell off until he got to work and she was missing. Lots of phone calls later and someone had taken her to the local Vet who then contacted DH.
She's only 10 months old and was coming along so well.
We don't know how she fell off as DH always chains his dogs on the back. She still had her collar on, so we can only guess that the clip came undone somehow as she is a very active dog and bounces around quiet abit.

The breeder is very particular with her dogs, and I don't think she will make much money for awhile as the operation is going to cost around $1500 plus ongoing expenses.
We have no issue with the Breeder taking her. We just need to make the best decision for the dog now. No good if she's going to suffer. :(

What a shame Mandi, poor girl bet she is traumatised.  Would it be hard for her to get around being pregnant with only 3 legs?

I read your post of FB Mandi, I'm so sad for you :'( The poor thing. Maybe because she is still young it will be easier for her to adapt to walking on three legs? I've seen a few three-legged dogs around.

Well the news was not good, DHs dog has been put to sleep, the injury was so bad that treatment would of cost well over $2500 and she would never be able to run around ever again :(.
A hard decision but I think the best decision for her. :(
