Thanks for the photosCC.  Love the black lambs.  We have had several over the years.
Farmers market swap today.  We had 3 inches of rain last night,  so thought market might not be on.  However we are a tough lot.   I got up early and made Yay yay s scones.  They were still warm and  the date ones were eaten immediately.  I also took Rosemary, Bay and Vietnamese mint. I will post a photo of what I got.  The small dark plumbs are Damson and I am going to make jelly and will take the jars to the next swap.

GF and Jamberie, I love going.  Everyone is most generous with what they bring.  Some very unusual things turn up.  The good thing is that they are mostly things that grow in our area.  The cooked food always goes well ,  so I try and take something baked.   It is well organized and done with a lot of good will.

Some cafes around here swap home grown produce for meals, coffee etc which is a great idea.
Today it's my "baby's" 8th birthday so no sleep-in! Unfortunately she's got a nasty cold so right now she's sitting out her swimming lesson, reading one of her new books while I pretend to watch her sister doing her lesson. No big birthday plans other than going out for dinner to her choice of restaurant - sleepover party next weekend, god help me!

DD my kids are planning their partys now.

We had 2 for a sleep over Friday nite, 2 extras saturady and another 2 extra today.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Too windy to fish again so we have done some preliminary packing up. The full scale pack up is tomorrow. It is hard to believe that after being in one place for a month you collect junk etc.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
