Mab, I feel for you with the boil over.   I watch it very carefully and turn the heat back if it looks like boiling over.  Also put basket over hole to let steam escape.
Judy, I could eat then off the page.   Beautiful.

Thanks ladies.
I guess having had the boil over it won’t happen again Margaret, we learn from these incidents.

I put the base of the Varoma on top of my thermomix if I want things to evaporate. It seems better than the basket.

It would be a better fit than the steaming basket cookie, a good idea.

I have a Classic Loaf in the oven and have made Christmas Shortbread.  I've used a mixture of recipes for the shortbread so I hope it works.

Well done everyone. I was hoping to get in the kitchen to make maybe apricot jam , ginger biscuits, Shortbread with cranberries and pistachio. Instead spent hours out in the sun watching the mother bin arrive (  chaser bin holds 42 tonnes ).

Yesterday I made another Classic Loaf and some more SD crumpets for the freezer.  Nothing today.

K Atie that is an enormous Chaser bin you have. Does it fill the truck in one go?
It is cooler here today, I'm hoping to make some Fruit Mince Pies.
