DJ don't even think of painting until every bit of dust and dirt is gone. It will be soooooo rewarding whe. You slap a bit of paint and it all comes together.

Yes you have to think ten times about the fabrics as you will have to live with it a long time.

DJ, you must have spent ages looking at curtain fabric samples - once you get down to soft furnishings, things are really starting to look up.  How long is it going to take them to make the curtains for you?  Nice choices, you are bound to be happy with them once you see them hanging on your freshly painted walls.

Just bought this online, have never bought anything from Ezibuy and because I was already paying postage thought I may as well add in a few tops and a pair of pants as well! I rarely buy clothes online as I'm pretty fussy so will see what they are like when they arrive, can always return.

DJ I love the curtain material, especially the bedroom one.

Wonder a gift wrap organise is an excellent idea. Mine falls out of the cupboard every time I open the door!

Hally please post photos of your bookcase, it fascinates me. Is it made of wood? If so what sort please? I'm thinking I would love a jarrah one. DHWill say just get rid of some books.

2 x storage containers to sort the kids clothes and food containers on sale at big W for leftovers and lunches. Wonton wrappers, sweet chilli sauce :) smoked trout and Jarlesberg.
