Went shopping with a friend today.  Bought a new small non stick fry pan (the old one was no longer non stick  :( ) a non stick flan tin and four blouses for myself.   It felt pretty good as I haven't spent anything on clothes for ages.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Looks good aye girls - I've received confirmation of security application & registration of the computer so I sort of know what Richard is doing from time to time  ;D

Hope you got some bargains there Margaret - it's the right time to shop at the moment.

Went shopping today with DD.
Got some chemist essentials and then spent remaining Xmas money on new knives.
Old ones were 21st present so more than 30 yrs later time for new ones.

With permission near the tills DD and I opened all the box sets. We didn't want to look like murderers in a big store so we asked. LOL

The Raymond Blanc set won out of the choice we had there. I feel a knife, like a hammer, must be well balanced and feel right. These did. We used them to make fajitas tonight chopping chicken, open and pepper. Wonderful.

Similar to this one, but not a wooden block.  http://www.maillife.co.uk/p/raymond-blanc-by-anolon-5-piece-knife-block-set-mey9

Wow I like the cake rack Maddy.
No we don't need a giant iced vovo. It just looked like a Maddy thing!
