Good morning friends! Cooler here today too Chookie but still a beautiful day.  The riders in the Tour Down Under have been blessed with perfect weather for this year's event.

The tour down under is interesting Judy. A friend competed in it a few years ago.
The weather is slightly warmer here today. Then 37 for Australia Day and two days of 40 after that. I believe summer has arrived.  :'( :'(

Definitely a "Straya Day" here. It is going to be hot.
I hope everyone enjoys their day, celebrating how you wish or not.

. . . . and it's 20C and raining here on the northern beaches of Sydney.  I hope everyone had their picnics and bbqs before the rain came.  The cool change is a welcome relief though . . . bright sunny skies and 36C yesterday to cap off several 30+C beforehand.

Just back from visiting DH, the beach and foreshore is crowded and parking was at a premium.  Had quite a walk to get to him today but I expected that.  Big firework display tonight so people like to come early to find a good spot.
