I cooked my overnight SD today and have a Classic loaf rising.
This is the SD recipe I used. I put it into a small loaf tin this time.

Cookie, glad you liked it.  Did you do the garlic thing?
Several days ago I made mashed potato in the TMX.  Too much so froze remaining in large muffin tins.  I reconstituted in the microwave and added a bit of garlic butter and cream to take that frozen taste away.   Very nice.  Will certainly do this again.

Went to make SD Bread and I think I may have killed my starter. Absolutely no idea what I have done.
Best remedy for any disaster is to cook.

Oh Marina, that is no good.

Chookie I hope your starter is ok. I dread something happening to mine.
I did do the garlic bit with my bread.  I popped some in the freezer and we had it tonight with a squid and chick pea salad. It is still crisp on the outside and lovely and soft inside.

SD starterstill not smelling right.  Not sure if I should toss it.  Have started a new one but the old one had such good flavour. Might get some back from locals who I gave some to.
Made some Plum jelly to have on the coming hot days.
Plum and Raspberry  jam.
The peach muffins were lovely.  Will make more and freeze them.

Monday has become bread day here. With extras thrown in as needed. I will do a Classic Loaf for DD and DH and the rye SD Batard for me. It's my current favourite. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17515.0
