Chit Chat / Re: What have you been doing today?

This is going to sound like an advert, but it really works.  If you are in pain take a look at this https://www.facebook.com/share/v/196o7RTEMB/ or go to their web site zea.com.au  I had been intending to let you all know about this for a few days but didn't get around to it so it was fortunate that I saw this on Facebook this morning and that nudged me into action.

One of my neighbours has been singing the praise of this cream / ointment for quite some time so, out of desperation, I decided to give it a try last week and, much to my surprise (and relief), it really did work.  I had been having to use a walking stick for the past month and also had to stop my physio exercises due to pain, but (and I am not exaggerating) I was able to leave my walking stick in the cupboard immediately.  It didn't get rid of all my pain (only the knee replacement will do that as my knee is bone on bone) but the improvement was huge.

Fortunately a small independent chemist down the road from us stocks this product, but I don't think it is widely distributed so if you wanted to try it you would probably have to buy it off the net.

If you do try it, I hope you have a much pain relief as I got.

We had a most delightful wee boy in the shop today - only 3 years old "going on 7" with the most amazing language skills.  He was a real sweetie who cannot wait until his birthday to get his first instrument.

Judy that is a little compensation for you. As you say no use dwelling on it as things can’t be changed.
Marina and KAtie keep well. Mab I’m glad your DH is recovering.
I do miss Chookie. 🥹🥹🥹

DH was out almost all day today. Our freezer decided to die. I wasn’t impressed. Thank goodness we have 2 Engels and a good size freezer in the motorhome. We’ve transferred the food and will look for a new one first chance we get.

A visit to the doctor for DH to get the results of his rash.  The results were good and the rash is almost gone now.

Last night we had filled beef roll ups with roast potatoes, asparagus and carrots.  Tonight was chicken and vegetable casserole with potatoes, creamed silverbeet and sweet corn.

Judy, if you're over our way and with nothing better to do and you want to while away some time it would be great if you fancied dropping in - I'd love to catch up.

Yesterday was my weekly visit to the physio - I feel as though I am starting to get 'somewhere' with my exercises at last.

On Monday and Tuesday next week we are getting our under floor heating system in our home in the country re-commissioned - I am so looking forward to having a warm house to be in over winter.  It also means I will be up there for two days more than usual so lots of cooking and baking happening!!

What fun Judy . It’s not warm at all . Have been to dentist, podiatrist had an ultra sound of my foot . Had lots of breakfast and dinners out . DS got a late night train back to Wagga Wagga at midnight! So lucky a friend picked him up .
