Hi guys just brought the Thermomix last week so far im in love just have to make sure i keep using it. lots of fantastic recipes. Any suggestions on what to do and not to do would be appreicated.  xx Nikki

Welcome to the forum. There is a helpful list here you may want to look at.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Well my Thermomix has arrived at our home today.... and yes I am very excited.... not sure what to make first....any suggestions ??  :)

Hi Nikki, welcome to the forum. This list of CP's favourite recipes so far is a really good list of great recipes.  Have a browse and see if anything takes your fancy or go to the relevant section on the forum (mains, desserts, soups etc) and have a browse down the list of many recipes.  There are lots of reviews of recipes on here nowadays which always helps in our decision to make or not make.

Glad to hear your machine has arrived Mary Brown - the same list would apply to you as well as this one.

Thanks judydawn... I went to a cooking demo today in Maryborough so I am really inspired.... so I am making CADA for breakfast and perhaps a risotto for dinner tomorrow night... :)

Hi Karen... well I haven't been too adventurous but I've made CADA, orange juice, Chicken and Mushroom Risotto,Moroccan Carrot Salad, Basil Pesto and Spinach Impossible Pie...I really want to make some bread but I'm not sure which recipe to use yet....there are so many to choose from... :)

Try the Steamed Bread if you have a Full Steam Ahead recipe book - delicious and keeps a long time.
