200 ml cream 200 ml water 200ml beef stock 2 tsp of soya sauce 2 Tbsp white flour S & P to suit All in TM, 90, 12 mins, speed 4 This makes enough for 1kg of meatballs. Sourced from different recipes & adapted to my family. H Depending on how thick you like it, you can add more flour.

Does anyone know what a kookaburra oven is worth. Its been left in the garden & would be great forsomeone to restore. It was my mils mums oven. One sibling has gone through the whole house & listed everything she wants & they all seem to be the old antique jtems. Anyone in Melbourne know if anyone I can get in to value items. Thanks H

From SBS website Loved by all Ingredients lamb forequarter pieces potatoes, peeled and halved if large salt and freshly ground black pepper olive oil rosemary leaves oregano leaves whole unpeeled garlic cloves lemon juice 250 ml (1 cup) water, found this to be too much water, poured 1/2 out during cooking Place the lamb in a roasting pan. Push the potato in and around meat. Season with the salt and pepper, then drizzle generously with the olive oil. Scatter over the herbs and garlic, then squeeze lemon juice over the meat and add the water. Cover and seal tightly with foil. Roast for 5 hours at 150.

I make ricotta cheese from Helens blog, love it I find that using her recipe I really dont get very much, maybe around 350g, I was wondering if I was doing something wrong or is this the amount everyone else gets. It just doest seem a lot from 1500g of milk plus the cream & vinegar. Cant stand bought ricotta now.
