Hello Lovely Moderators,
I've got a customer who is having trouble getting access to the Forum. She's registered twice and has twice received an email stating that her registration request has been received and detailing the username and password she registered with.
She hasn't received the follow up email though, confirming her request has been reviewed and approved.
She's quite keen to get in and start exploring.
Can you help me sort her out?

When I initially applied I didn't receive any notification at all. I thought I had been rejected. In the end I thought I would try and log in and got in. So obviously had been accepted.

Thanks Lellyj - hers was before that though, she tried twice in late September.
I'll get her to try logging in and see if it works.

That would be best or perhaps you could send a PM to MM if that doesn't work.
