Judy,  that is great.  What a generous DH.

CP,  late July or August would suit us.  My DH would be coming also.  We would fly to Perth , stay in Perth, (before or /and after) hire a car, need ensuite accommodation, with or separate from group.  Hope this is not too difficult ?  If this is your business then we will employ you to make other arrangements also once dates are set. If this is all too difficult,  please say.

I'm happy to pick people up and transfer them to overnight accomodation and then pick them up and drive them down south. I'm sorry I can't fit you all in here but we only have 2 bedrooms as such as with DD's sitting room and study we've used them all up.
As soon as we know times, flights etc we'll sort things out. It is all so exciting.

Judy that is exciting news and very kind of DH. It will only be a couple of days too.

CP you are indeed a star, this is getting bigger and bigger.

It would be more like Forumfest wouldn't it Gretchen?

Yup Forumfest 2012 .

Poor CP this is getting bigger than Ben Hur.  How can we help? Possibly some will drop out when the dates are set but it is still difficult.

I can also help with airport pickups and drop offs to hotels  if needed I'm only 20 minutes away from the airport, would love to travel with others down south, my car is small, but room for one or two.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Would it be easier on everyone if we all  got a bus down from Perth?  Save everyone driving?  Is there a train?

Well I am hoping there will be some mouldy  cheese in the Margaret River region H :-))

A bus would be a great idea, no one would have to drive. I'm with you Gert must have some moldy cheese.

You might not have much luggage Gert but I can't travel without it.  I might need this or that so it all goes with me  ;D If we are told we can't have much luggage I will have to work out how to travel lightly.

Maybe hiring a bus for the weekend would be a good idea then it would not matter where we stayed  and no one would have to worry about driving or logistics. We would need a cute driver of course. Meet In one spot. Drop off in city and proceed to airport.

Just a thought.

Now now Judy how much stuff do you need for two days?  A plastic bag would do it. Nobody  cares if you wear the same clothes  every day.

Would love to come depending on dates, there are two of us both thermo fanatics. I do have a bus license if that helps at all.
