Judy didn't I post my recipe on these from the Secrets of a Jewish Baker book last year.? I can't find it .  Of course Helene's are far more professional than mine but I think the recipe was similiar if anyone hasn't this book and of course I did in fact post it.  ;D ;D ;D

That was quick CC. The search I did did not turn them up. Probably should not have looked as Helene's are far better .

The recipe in ITM2 has nowhere near the amount of yeast as your recipe Gert but it certainly is based on the recipe you posted and which Helene then ran with.  It was nice to see one of her recipes in the book.

Yes that's what dani Valent does. I guess. I remember when she asked the forum members for recipes for her first book. We all generously gave and why her book was so successful.

Maybe we should publish our own but it would be a massive exercise and a massive missal  for the church of Thermomix!

We don't need to publish a special recipe book Gert, it's all here before us.  You just need to spend some time searching the recipes -this is the greatest recipe book of all  ;D
