I made the Polenta chips from this recipe book and they were perfect! I've only had polenta once before this attempt and I was not a fan at all (I think it must have been the instant polenta, and it was very ordinary). However, I bought the proper polenta, as stated in the ingredients list, for this recipe and followed the method to the letter...apart from adding on an extra 10 minutes of cooking time (could have been my oven, but I like my chippies a little bit crisper...you know, with a few brown crunchy bits
The result....awesome chips! The extra cooking time made them a little more crispy which was to my liking. The method was so easy to follow and it worked a treat! Great recipe, great result!
Will I be making them again??? I already have!
I made the Spicy dipping sauce to go with them as suggested in the book and we had them alongside my cauliflower pizza!
