We had Red Rooster last night as we had unexpected visitors until late. It was lovely to see them.

Tonight we are having Haloumi hamburgers.

Noticed a lasagna recipe that uses Italian sausages and cabbage leaves instead of pasta.  Might give it a go for later in the week.
Chicken in the SC as will be spending most of day in the garden.

Love the sound of haloumi hamburgers, Cookie.  Wish I could have them but DH can't eat haloumi, unfortunately.

That’s sad Marina. We love Haloumi burgers.

Last night’s meal was nothing brilliant. Tonight we are having tandoori chicken on top of roasted potatoes.

We had small quiches, with a tiny bit of cooked pasta in the bottom. They were rather nice. We had veggies with them.
