We have the Labour Day holiday at the beginning of March.

I made the Coffee and Walnut cake from the latest issue of The Women's Weekly today. We haven't tasted it yet.

Cookie I loved Coffee Walnut cake. Would you be so kind and send me the recipe.😁

A nice looking cake Cookie.

I cooked 2 more trays of tomatoes and some biscuits that I didn't like.  DIL thought they were nice so I gave them to her.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Cookie, Coffee and Walnuts, nice combination. Cake looks good.
I am so fed up with Cherry Plums.  I made another batch of ISI’s Plum Liqueur. It is so easy in the TMX.
CC, chocolate very nice when it is cold. Warm choc muffins, yum.
Pizza for lunch in Pizza machine.  Using leftover Ratatouille as base. Next time I freeze Pizza dough , I will freeze it in individual portions.

I've made a new loaf of bread. I will share the details if it works out.

I made the Aussie Pie filling from Meat on the Menu because I’d given it such a high rap when I made it years ago.  The new me couldn’t eat it so I added a carton of beef stock, blitzed it and thought it might be OK as soup.  Nah, down the sink that went.  I’ll keep trying!

A dear friend sent me an ebook and it had this recipe in. I couldn’t resist making it, then I realised it’s the same as the Classic loaf, without the 100g SD starter. It looks good. It has 2 teaspoons of yeast instead of one. t

Gosh I haven’t been over there for a look for ages.  Guess which picture is my favourite cookie. It has to be the crispy loaf, it gets me every time.

Same here Judy.  Love the look of Cookies loaf.
Well the Apple/ Rosemary jelly is now Rosemary Caramel sauce.  And very nice it is. Don’t ask for the recipe as I don’t really know how I got there.
Valentines Day so Ral‘S favourites, Roast Pork and veggies, crackle of course.  Cream puffs with coffee icing.
