Just quickly popping in today is super busy. trying to get all the washing done and dogs dinner cooked before I go to my friends Gran's 85th birthday!!! Will be a lovely afternoon but lots to do before I go and DH and DS are both working all weekend - ahh the joys of having your own business

I abandoned it to make some cakes but I'm back sitting in the middle of it now!

What, for all of us

I hate glitter too and make the kids sit outside when they do craftwork. I am then left with it in the grooves of the pavers for ages. Consequently they don't get to play with it much, only at Christmas time.

Yes, I remember mum making us sit outside with glitter, paint, clay.... all the messy things. But now I'm an adult and I take responsibilty for my own mess, so I can make as much of it as I want

I leave glitter work to school days - they can do as much of it as they like there - me no worry!! But other craft stuff we do at the table, it is OK and not too hard to clean up...unless they decide to glue pictures onto the table!?
