Well this is the second time that I have tried to make this mayo and both times when it is finished all it is is a runny mess. Can anyone give me some tips on what I am doing wrong. All ingredients are room temp. Am taking 4 min to run the oil onto the bowl. Or is it supposed to go thicker when refrigerated? Thanks in advance for any help. Sandy

Does anyone have any recipes for using amaranth??? I bought some from the health shop the other day and don`t really know what to do with it. It tastes really nice by itself so I was thinking about just putting it in salads for a bit of different texture. Let me know how you would use it. Thanks Sandy

I was reading somewhere on here the other day about someone looking for bakers jam, the kind that they use in cream buns and such. I also went looking for some at our local bakers and they told me that if you mix raspberry and plum jam together then you will have the same as what they use. So I have some of both in the pantry waiting to get mixed for my next foray into jam doughnuts and such. Hope this helps. Sandy

This might be one for some of the older generation of Aussies. I am looking for a recipe for puff deloons. They are small balls of dough that are deep fried and then rolled in cinnamon sugar and then drizzled with syrup. Anyone remember their granny making these??? My hubby has been bugging me for years to make them but every recipe that I have tried hasn`t been the right one. The last one that I tried where honey puffs and they didn`t make it. So can anyone help out please. Thanks Sandy

Would any one out there ever tried making limincello with limes and not lemons??? I thought that I might give it a go because our lime tree is just chockers. To make it with lemons all you do is soak the peel in vodka for a week, giving it a shake every day so I can`t see any reason for it not working with limes. So any one who has any thoughts on the matter I would like to hear what you think about the idea. Thanks Sandy

Hi Everyone. Just looking for a recipe for gelato that you could make the custard in the tmx and then put it into a churner. I think it might be easier on the waist than eating ice cream all the time. Thank Sandy

Would anyone have any sort of recipes for soaking wholemeal flour for the use of making bread??? Have tried using 3 cups of flour with 1 1/2 cups of water, 2 tblsp of yoghurt, 1tbls of oil , 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4cup sunflower seeds, linseeds, chai seeds and 1/4 tsp yeast, and as you can guess it has turned out like a little brick again. So if anyone can help out I would appreciate it muchly, Thanks Sandy
