Hi Judy - I just cook them in the oven for 15 mins. Generally I use scanpan roasting pan lined with bake sheet. My oven is not very reliable and is slow.

I have made this recipe twice now. The first time I made it I also had gelatin lumps in it but it still set. I made this again last week and with the advice on this forum did the gelatin right at the last minute before adding it in. I was in a hurry and running late to get to our friends for dinner. I had it all made in 1/2 an hour. I did the base and popped in the freezer trying to cool. Unfortunately it wasn't cool enough for me to put the mousse on so I put the mousse in the thermoserver and took the base separately. When we arrived at our friends house I put it together and put it in the fridge. IT WAS A HUGE SUCCESS. My friends had just purchased a thermomix and were excited to try this recipe themselves. Thanks Tenina for a great recipe 5/5.

I have made these for the past couple of weeks every Sunday. They are great and we love them much better than supermarket and waaaayyyy healthier. I roll them in polenta. Thanks for a great recipe 5/5 from us.  :)

I made this last weekend and it made two ramekins. I took one to a party fresh, froze the other and had it again later in the week and they were both beautiful. Everyone was asking me for the recipe. Definitely 5/5 from me - a winner for Christmas. Thank you Tenina once again  :)

We tried this tonight with bbq'd t-bones and it was delightful. I took advice of others and reduced the tomato sauce, included the bacon, substituted the cream with reduced fat philly cooking cream & it was perfect for us. Thanks JD for a yummy sauce  :)

I made this again last week and used 2 tblespns of my "dry onion soup mix" (thanks Judy for the recipe) that I made for the Retreat. It was great - just added more flavour and still got the thumbs up from DD's. Am about to make again to go with slow roasted shoulder of lamb!  ;)

I made this back in February but forgot to post a review. I stressed about the size of the tin and in the end worked out that a normal 20cm spring form fitted in the varoma. I never used to put my hand up for dessert as I sway towards savoury but confidently I would make this again. I loved it! Thanks Tenina  :D

I am so happy with this loaf it is one of the best I have made. I didn't finish it off with the final glaze but did everything else as specified. I made it yesterday and placed the jug in the warmth of the sun through a window in our dining room. It only took about 1/2 hr for the first rise. I used dried apple, raisins & apricots. It is delicious. It is the first time I have used bread improver and I will definitely use again. Thanks for a great recipe 10/10  :D

I have to say "celeriac" is my new favourite vegetable. Tonight DH (he never cooks) made this and it and it is a big winner. DH said we are never to have coleslaw again and this is our new regular salad. We only used half the amount of oil and replaced the other half with WW Sour Cream. 10/10, yum yum yum from us.  :D

I made this tonight for lunches tomorrow and didn't read the reviews. I did everything the recipe said other than use a bit more chicken. I didn't mince it as small either. 5/5 from us - will definitely become a regular.  :D

MF - you can tether off your iphone. Go into settings on your iphone select personal hotspot and turn on. Then go into settings on your ipad and select wifi connection, you should see your phone id on there. When connected your iphone will show connection at the top of the screen. Good luck!
