I hope you won't be disappointed Hally/ It is very American and no pictures. You will have to google some pics if you are not familiar with the methods and the breads. There are some flours not available here either so you have to figure out what to substitute. But it is a good book for learners if you want to try European style breads.
If you don't have a quick conversion app Hally you should get one for your iPad because all the measurements will need adjusting.
I love my new book.
