Its even more fun to eat less and then buy a smaller wardrobe ;D The damn clothes still cost the same though >:(

I had a smoothie and fresh fruit again :)

Frozen milk ???

Took 2 litres out of the freezer about 12.30 last night, most of its still frozen ???

Thought it woukd be OK if I left it in kitchen sink.

I'm trying to vary my breakfast routine abit, so I had warm stewed prunes (QFITM), yoghurt, chia and LSA. (+ 3 cups of tea)
