i had a mix of oats, weet bix,wheat grem and  psyllium husk, trying to clean out the pantry with the bits and pieces

plus i had some grilled polenta, i made it yesterday, but know i am not sure if it was polenta or was it semolina  :-)) 
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Yes so easy Michelle if I don't have bacon I just use ham or nothing
