Mmmm I love the weekends. Was out of bread this morning so instead of waiting for it to cook I whipped up some pancakes and had my poached eggs, smoked salmon and spinach on pancakes.

I've never had a savoury pancake before but I think I'll be doing it again. Was so yummy.

Well you have all been telling me to spoil myself so I did just that this morning. Poached egg and Vegemite toast in bed with the iPad and 2 cups of coffee. Had a great time.

Just had toast spread with Promite and topped with Avocado and sprinkle of pepper plus coffee.

Can you do a vege patch and grow some.
