I tried 1 cup rolled oats, 600mL water, 2tbsp LSA mix, 1 chopped apple, 2tbsp sultanas, mixed seeds and some brown sugar (8mins, 100oC, reverse, speed 2) . I've nearly got it to my liking but will use 300mL milk & 300mL water next time....

That sounds really good Jamberie!! :D I am a porridge fanatic so do you think you could post the recipe when you perfect it?

Very nice sourdough fruit and nut bread toasted from an artisan bakery in Perth for first breakfast pre run. Then poached egg and sourdough rye toast from the same bakery and a coffee post run.

Two breakfasts Dash? Sounds good ;D

I try to eat at maintenance or slightly above on long run days. It aids recovery. I burned about 1500 calories during my run so it gives me a bit of leeway.
