I've had the same thing for the last 3 days. No added sugar mixed berry yoghurt with Just Right cereal and black coffee. Not interesting but easy while staying in hotel.

I had a mini bagel with rocket, smoked salmon and some kind of spread with a short macchiato. Post ride breakfast at a coffee shop in North Perth with Saturday cycling crew.
