Sorry JD Im not going to make it  :(
It's off to the doctor for me instead with the flu.  I struggled to even get out of bed this morning asfter starting to feel unwell yesterday afternoon.  I doubt you'd want me bringing my germs anyway!!

I hope you have a wonderful time and I look forward to seeing the photo's.

No worries JD....much easier for meeting on the train if we both know what each other looks like!

I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone  :)

Lasagna & Dede's Boston Bun

First time making the Boston Bun - it looks and smells lovely  :)
I don't think I'll tell my partner it has mashed potato in it until after he's eaten it!!

I should be able to recognise you JD - I'll look for your "super hero cape" that Hally has mentioned before!!

I should upload a photo of myself on here, so you know what I look like. I'll try and do that soon.

 :)

I would love to come!  How cool to meet some of the legends of the forum  :) :)
I can only make it if it's on the Friday, as I work Monday-Thursday  :(

I owe JD a great big thank you for her wonderful recipes and helpful hints, would be nice to say hello and thanks in person.

I don't think I'd give my slow cooker away either, its great for curry.  Actually I've cooked that many curries in my slow cooker it smells like curry!  I had to buy a second slow cooker for other dishes  :)

The Thermomix gets a curry work-out too!  I hadn't seen your curry sausages recipe before Judy, I think I might have to put that on the menu this week.  I'm sure it's fab like all JD's recipes  :) :)

We had this for dinner last night and it was lovely!  Everyone enjoyed it. A great recipe JD, thank you  :)

I was even able to use the turnip I've had for ages, after receiving it in our weekly organic vegie box.  I've not a huge turnip fan and never no what to do with them.

Cheers...Katiej  :)

Thanks Faffa!  It looks great and definitely something I would love.  I like organisation!  And I print way too many recipes from the internet and would love to stop wasting so much paper.  I think it might be my next purchase and my next project.

I'm waiting for my tin to arrive also. I've made this loaf twice now in a cake tin, so can't wait to have to try it for real  :)

I wonder how many tins they sold of the back of this forum? Quite a lot that's for sure!
